The Waitlist can now be enabled for closed dates so that clients can add themselves to the Waitlist if your business is closed. This is a great way to create a list of leads that you can reach out to when your business re-opens, or to understand the demand for your services on specific days. You can now also filter your Waitlist view by a date range.

Waitlist provides businesses with an automated solution to manage their schedule when clients can’t book an appointment at their preferred time. It reduces distractions from telephone calls and helps retain clients. Clients can add themselves to the Waitlist rather than calling the business or booking with a competitor. Genbook automatically manages the Waitlist and invites clients who have added themselves to a Waitlist to book when appointments become available. This release allows clients to add themselves to the Waitlist over multiple days rather than a single day. More detailed information on the Waitlist allows business owners to manage their Waitlist manually if they prefer.
